Orphaned at a young age, Calliope has no real home and no set destination. An adventurer at heart, she learned to survive by exploring old ruins and other out-of-the-way places, recovering treasure to sell or trade. Though self-taught, her skill with the blade is enhanced with innate abilities to conjure wind and lightning, and she has quite a bit of experience dealing with locks and traps. Although she is aware of her Imperial heritage, she has never had reason to care about their history or the ongoing war over the Imperial City. The past is unimportant to her; what concerns her is surviving in the present.
