Star Citizen is an online pc game made by Chris Roberts. It is an immersive game which allows players to explore planets, cities, and even to board enemy ships, bases and orbital platforms. The economy is driven by supply and demand, and the universe will even evolve in a certain way depending on the player's action. Supply and demand is affected by space pirate attacks to planetary disasters and even by the player depending on what they supply.

The game is currently still being developed, but players may get access to the game by purchasing a package on the site which grants them alpha access, beta access, a ship, and the full game itself when it is eventually released as well as additional benefits depending on the package purchased. This is a one time payment, with the option of additional in game purchases. However, after the purchase of the game, players may simply obtain anything in game with the in-game money.
