Staff OfficersThe Headquaters staff responsiable for running the guild in most of the games.

AdjutantWorks for the Regiment Commander. Administers the staff. Works to ensure that all commitments of the staff are met by tracking projects in progress. Works with both other Regiments and other gaming systems. Advises the Regiment Commander. Chief policy reviewer of the Regiment. Maintains and edits the RBW SOP once a year.

He/she instructs others on how to use our website and other media functions, creates a presence in social media environments (Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, etc.). Schedules a guild-wide meeting each month with all members who attend. Track real life get-togethers as they occur and ensures that all members are informed as the events are proposed and promoted.

Discovers and discusses any issues brought by members and tracks those issues to resolution within the guild to ensure that the lowest level issue is addressed. Random selection of members from each company once a month just to find out about any issues within a company.

Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col)Lieutenant Colonel is the rank held by the most senior officers in the Watch. Most Lt Colonels have been around for an excessive number of years and know the workings of the Watch inside and out. Most officers will spend a long time at Lieutenant Colonel; however, those truly deserving may be promoted to Colonel after 48 months. A Lt Colonel may be promoted to Colonel by selection of the Regiment Commander. At the Regiment Commander's discretion time may be extended or shortened in this rank due to merit.
