You want to know something Moz...    not all of us were around in 2008..   therefore sometimes it takes a while to catch up on posts in the forums.
I'm sorry you assumed that this post was about all customer support staff and therefore you are all like this.
How ever to accuse all people in this post thread of being ignorant is exactly the same thing.
I did notice you never mentioned the post when it was first posted by Connor, so i guess your views have only changed since then.
I guess if we all thought the same way,  we would not have any funny stories or jokes in the world.
I for one am still going to read back through the old posts because i like too. If you want to call it forum necromancy that's your issue not mine.

To be honest i have never lost any books off my kindle and i have not heard of it happening to anyone else.
The kindle stuff is also cross platform and i more often then not read on my phone because its smaller to carry.

I like the kindle myself.
The choice of books available is very large and getting more each week.
But in all fairness i did not look into the others at all because mine was a gift of sorts.

Which ever you do end up with i hope you enjoy it :-)
