DESCRIPTION: This is the highest award that a member of The Royal Black Watch can receive. It signifies that the member has risen far above and beyond the call of duty and given of himself to a brother or sister, or to the Watch as a whole.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is issued for consistent giving of a members time, both in real life and in game, also for giving of the members own finances and real time efforts. A promotion should be highly considered when presenting this award.

DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a RBW member who shows dedication to duty and improves the Watch as a whole through their efforts.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is for one-time guild improvement (something that benefits the entire guild).

AWARD: Meritorious Service Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a Watch member that performs well beyond the call of normal duty and sets a positive example within his unit as a whole.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is for game improvement (something that benefits only the Game they play, not the entire guild).
CATEGORY: SERVICE MEDAL

AWARD: Achievement Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is presented by an officer or NCO to a member that has performed a specific task above and beyond the specifications laid out.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is for doing a single task well, not an ongoing effort to improve the overall company.

AWARD: Award for Valor
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a Royal Black Watch member who displays uncommon valor and dedication on the field of battle.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: Someone who sacrifices himself or herself so others may get away is a good example.
CATEGORY: CONDUCT AWARD

AWARD: Commendation Medal
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members for quarterly conduct above and beyond the normal call of duty.
TIME FRAME: To be awarded to one member per Game on a quarterly basis.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is for company improvement (something that benefits only the company, not the entire guild).
CATEGORY: SERVICE MEDAL

AWARD: Good Conduct Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is awarded to the member(s) each year whose conduct reflects well upon the guild as a whole. Awarded in December.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: Awarded to the company member who has best exemplified the best conduct of a watcher in the lands.

AWARD: Honorable Mentions Award
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a member who is consistent in everyday actions and is often the bedrock of a specific unit.
AWARD AUTHORITY: Any Officer of the Watch
JUSTIFICATION: Discretion of issuing officer.
CATEGORY: CONDUCT AWARD

AWARD: Idiot Savant
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to the member with an unusual, catastrophic in-game occurrence; for example: most lag deaths or died in an odd or peculiar way.
AWARD AUTHORITY: Any officer of the Watch who is present for the catastrophe.
JUSTIFICATION: Discretion of issuing officer.
CATEGORY: CONDUCT AWARD

AWARD: Infantry Combat Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded for competing in three scheduled events against other regiments, guilds or other foes (PVP Combat).
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is awarded for fighting against another guild(s) or player foes at least three times in planned exercises.
CATEGORY: GUILD RELATION AWARD

AWARD: Joint Action Medal
DESCRIPTION: A member receives this award after participating in joint events with another guild or other player organization.
AWARD AUTHORITY: Officer with most knowledge of event
JUSTIFICATION: This award is awarded for working with another guild to co-host events/raids.

DESCRIPTION: This award is issued to a member who recruits five new members to the Watch.

AWARD: The "The More The Merrier" Recruitment Award
DESCRIPTION: This award is issued to a member who recruits fifty new members to the Watch.

JUSTIFICATION: After a member has recruited their fiftieth person they get this award, regardless of the amount of time passed.

AWARD: Officer Exemplar Award
DESCRIPTION: Given out by the enlisted to an officer whom they deem has showed extraordinary leadership and talent.
AWARD AUTHORITY: The Regiment Adjutant who will accomplish the poll each year from 1- 31 December.
JUSTIFICATION: This will be a nomination and polling award.

AWARD: Mentor Award
DESCRIPTION: Given to the member who demonstrates a distinct desire to be helpful to their fellow guild-mates about knowledge of the game, assistance during day-to-day hunting, leveling, template and equipment advice etc.

JUSTIFICATION: Selection made by the Game Officers

AWARD: World of Warcraft Being a True Hero Award
DESCRIPTION: Given to someone who has obtained the WOW Acting Like a Hero award 5 times. This award can not be obtained more than once and once obtained, only one of each of the WoW Playing the Hero award and WoW Acting like a Hero award will be kept. Duplicates will be removed.
