Bare-Handed Fury
Usually, Karihn's physical attacks are very quick but rather weak. Hand-to-hand combat has been an unloved bastard child for a few years as Turbine continues to ignore the problem of fixing handwraps. Multiple EDs and Enhancement trees have come on gone with the requirement of an 'equipped melee weapon', to which wraps never count -- nevermind you can't make Greensteel wraps. Ninja poison supposedly works with slashing or piercing attacks, yet the Vorpal Strikes feat that makes unarmed assaults count as slashing doesn't enable this. Etc, etc, could go on for pages.
Channeling her inner barbarian, however, has led Karihn to some occasional very big hits. This is one of them.
Target was Stunned (+50% damage, additional +30% from No Mercy enhancement), under effects of 2 sense weakness (50% health, so +1d8 +1d12 to damage); Monk was under effect of Adrenaline Overload (+400% damage, +16 crit threat range) and Ultimate Mountain Stance (+1 Crit Multiplier on 19 or 20). Attack was Fists of Iron (+3[W] damage, +1 Critical Multiplier). Monk rolled a natural 20. Slaver was left as fine mist.
