That's not climbing, that's jumping. No MMO game has good jumping controls. Though Featherfall at least makes it tolerable...

Objection! there is climbing! DDO added 'rocky walls' and 'vines' you can climb... and they are as terrible as ladders are in DDO =D

Actually I rather like the ladders in DDO. The characters put their hands and feet on the rungs!
