This is the holding area for the members of the Watch who are Knights but are currently not active in any game that the Watch is playing.

(Honorary Position)

This is a lifetime honor given to the members of the Watch who devote themselves to the peace and unity of the Royal Black Watch. These members are the voices of stability in all actions, and usually this order is propagated by the members of the Watch who are adept at administrative tasks - artists, staff officers, and leaders who etch their very essence into their production for all history to pass judgment upon. A Knight of the Dove will be renowned as their work will be reviewed by the hardiest soldiers and philosophers throughout the annals of time.

Lieutenant Colonel is the rank held by the most senior officers in the Watch. Most Lt Colonels have been around for an excessive number of years and know the workings of the Watch inside and out. Most officers will spend a long time at Lieutenant Colonel; however, those truly deserving may be promoted to Colonel after 48 months. A Lt Colonel may be promoted to Colonel by selection of the Regiment Commander. At the Regiment Commander's discretion time may be extended or shortened in this rank due to merit.

AWARD: Good Conduct Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is awarded to the member(s) each year whose conduct reflects well upon the guild as a whole. Awarded in December.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: Awarded to the company member who has best exemplified the best conduct of a watcher in the lands.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded for playing with the Watch in World of Warcraft for six months or more.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded for achieving maximum crafting skill, e.g. blacksmithing, enchanting, tailoring. This award can be achieved once per expansion pack.

AWARD: 10 Year Service Recognition Medal
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded to a member in honor of their ten years of membership in, and dedicated service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.

JUSTIFICATION: Ten years service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.

AWARD: Commendation Medal
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members for quarterly conduct above and beyond the normal call of duty.
TIME FRAME: To be awarded to one member per Game on a quarterly basis.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is for company improvement (something that benefits only the company, not the entire guild).

DESCRIPTION: Awarded for achieving 375 in primary crafting skill, e.g. blacksmithing, enchanting, tailoring.

DESCRIPTION: This is the highest award that a member of The Royal Black Watch can receive. It signifies that the member has risen far above and beyond the call of duty and given of himself to a brother or sister, or to the Watch as a whole.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is issued for consistent giving of a members time, both in real life and in game, also for giving of the members own finances and real time efforts. A promotion should be highly considered when presenting this award.

DESCRIPTION: Given to someone who regularly uses the website.

JUSTIFICATION: Proof of using website will be done by replying to a starter message, always the same, on the website at least 30 times on different dates. Those messages will be deleted when the award is obtained. Award can be received multiple times.
