Retired OfficerThis position is granted by the Regiment Commander to officers who have served above and beyond.

Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col)Lieutenant Colonel is the rank held by the most senior officers in the Watch. Most Lt Colonels have been around for an excessive number of years and know the workings of the Watch inside and out. Most officers will spend a long time at Lieutenant Colonel; however, those truly deserving may be promoted to Colonel after 48 months. A Lt Colonel may be promoted to Colonel by selection of the Regiment Commander. At the Regiment Commander's discretion time may be extended or shortened in this rank due to merit.

Special Forces (RETIRED)AWARD: Special Forces
DESCRIPTION: This qualification is awarded to any Watch member that can play 2 games at an above average level and can show in-depth knowledge of said games.
AWARD AUTHORITY: Regiment Commander
JUSTIFICATION: the Regimental Commander or his designated representative the Loremaster can perform testing and issue this award.

Distinguished Service MedalAWARD: Distinguished Service Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a RBW member who shows dedication to duty and improves the Watch as a whole through their efforts.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is for one-time guild improvement (something that benefits the entire guild).

Meritorious Service MedalAWARD: Meritorious Service Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a Watch member that performs well beyond the call of normal duty and sets a positive example within his unit as a whole.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is for game improvement (something that benefits only the Game they play, not the entire guild).
CATEGORY: SERVICE MEDAL

Commendation AwardAWARD: Commendation Medal
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members for quarterly conduct above and beyond the normal call of duty.
TIME FRAME: To be awarded to one member per Game on a quarterly basis.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is for company improvement (something that benefits only the company, not the entire guild).

FPS Aviator Award (RETIRED)AWARD: FPS Aviator Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member who has shown average piloting skills in at least one fixed wing aircraft, and one rotary aircraft, or two-fixed wing aircraft on a continuous basis.

JUSTIFICATION: Five years service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.

The "I Want You" Recruitment AwardAWARD: The "I Want You" Recruitment Award
DESCRIPTION: This award is issued to a member who recruits five new members to the Watch.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: After a member has recruited their fifth person they get this award, regardless of the amount of time passed.
