Guild MemberThis is the normal position of a member in the Royal Black Watch.

Sergeant (SGT)Sergeant is the rank where most members of the Watch will spend their entire career. This is the rank for those who have proven themselves time and again but do not desire greater leadership responsibility. Those who are persevering, however, may reach for and attain greater goals, some even earning a promotion to the next higher enlisted tier of senior non-commissioned officers (NCO) or, with approval from the Regiment Commander, attaining the right to become an officer. Sergeants are evaluated every 90 days for potential promotions.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member for contirbutions of time/materials to the guild. This award may be given multiple times. Award authority of Company Commander and Regiment Commander only.

NW Lord/Lady Of Neverwinter (Retired)AWARD: Neverwinter Level 70 Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to all members for their first character that reached level 70 in game.

JUSTIFICATION: Verification by issuing Officer

NW Squire Of Neverwinter (Retired)AWARD: NWN Level 30 award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to all members who had one character reach level 30.

NW Sleeping Dragon Hero of Neverwinter AwardAWARD: Sleeping Dragon Hero of Neverwinter Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to any member who completes from Sleeping Dragon Bridge to Whispering Caverns and must all be claimed in campaign tracker before mods were released

NW Vanquisher of DragonsAWARD: NW Vanquisher of Dragons
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member upon successful attendance and completion of a Dragon Flight Event in the RBW Stronghold. This award may be given only once to each member.
